With Royal Safari you can now book your whole holiday excursions or just the bits that suit you – just the Safari , Sea trip ,special trip or a car hire and much more.

Our trips on this website are financially protected by the management scheme. But protection does not apply in some circumstances of reservation and passing over time. Please ask us to confirm what protection may apply to your booking. If you do not receive a confirmation record then the booking will not be protected. please read more about conditions and refunding policy. Depending on which combination of products you choose to book, your terms and conditions will vary.

The following details the different types of products available and the applicable terms and conditions:

Royal  Safari  Trips  selection  inside  Hurghada.  This product offers you combinations of Royal Safari trips  inclusive price such as Sea trips, Safari Trips (ordiniary organized trips. Note that a private trip can be organized and reservation fees will be requested) . This products enjoys the protection of the management scheme, and they are fully refundable until 3 days before desired date , or free of charge changing in date.

Royal  Daily  Trip. This product offers you a great selection of long journey and unique experience in a whole day trip to other cities.  that have been organized carefully by us and you will enjoy benefits of your holiday visiting more than just one place . Our special daily trips are fully refundable until 1 week before date or free of charge to pick another date. Note that trips are 50% refundable only for less than one week period.

Entertainment family day use and shows.  This product offers you a great selection of Royal Safari resale of  aqua park hotels, aquarium, dolphin show, folklore show and much more available for any kind of visitor and preferred for family with children as it offers both knowledge and excitement. These trips are fully refundable when booked any time, or date change free of charge.

Build Your Own (“BYO”).  This is a ‘build your own’ Private trip allows you to select, assemble and arrange the individual trip you want from all excursions, only by paying the aggregate, total price; as it is a “shopping basket” or reservation after contacting us for inquiry on Info@royalsafari.net  and will only be charged for what you book. Please contact us with your desired trip and we will arrange it for you. Reservation is 50% refundable up to the time of the trip, 100% refundable before 30 days prior trip.

Excursion Terms & Conditions

Excursions  Timing. Departure times for each Excursion will be arranged with contact from Royal safari coordinator, All excursion are affected by weather factor and can be closed in extreme weather cases therefore we will provide you with all information and amend any changes for your safety first for all and your enjoyment, Excursions times are definite and no delay should happen from any member in group. Please note that the departure time shown will be the time the last Excursion vehicle leaves the pier or hotel. Passengers are requested to report to the specified departure location at the designated time, as delay on your part can interfere with the pleasure of your fellow passengers.

Personal Possessions . Coats, wraps, cameras, handbags, traveling bags and similar personal articles remain at all times through the Excursion under the passenger’s custody and control. Be careful that you do not leave your possessions unattended at any time in the car or coach in which you are traveling.

Prices . The prices for Excursions are subject to change without notice. Prices are confirmed at the time of booking. All quotations made include conveyance according to the itinerary and, where applicable, meals, refreshments, guides and entrance fees, unless otherwise stated. Children, other than infants in arms, will be charged full fare unless noted otherwise.

Royal Safari Excursions Cancellation & Refund Policy.  If you have booked an Shore Excursion You must cancel Your booking prior to the scheduled closing time printed on Royalsafari.net website through the contact  Form found in home page or send the detailed of booking and confirm identity for cancellation by mail to booking@royalsafari.net . No refunds will be made for any excursion unless notice of cancellation is given before the closing time. For Excursions involving hotel accommodations, flights and private vehicles the closing time is 14 days prior to desired date and no refund will be made after this date.

Privacy Policy.  All data, Phone numbers, E-mails, Photos are your personal belongings and no one but you have the right to see, edit, or use it. Royal Safari is fully responsible on the privacy of your data and do not agree on any kind of personal information or data leakage at any time, All submitted info in requests or reservation is deleted after 2 months of trip completion except for the payments receipts with signature as part of management protection scheme, Photos during trips are a public record and can be used lightly in some featuring products on our website, However if you oppose such action please contact us and we will fix the issue.

Transportation . Passengers should appreciate that standards of transport vary considerably throughout the world. Air-conditioned coaches are not available in many areas, and in some, local buses are the best available. Cars or taxis are also used some times where coach or bus transportation is not available or limited. Passengers wishing to travel with friends should all leave the trip together, as this will help the Excursion Staff to allocate them space in the same vehicle. For the comfort of all passengers, smoking is prohibited aboard all sightseeing vehicles.

Ecology & Environment.  It is our policy to maintain a positive and proactive position in relation to the environment. We realize that there is much work to be done to achieve our company goals. To this end we are continually striving to increase awareness of any environmental issues that are likely to affect any of the excursions we offer. We work closely with our local agents to convey any environmental messages in our shore excursion programs and therefore ask you to support us in our efforts by respecting the cultures, customs and environmental issues of the various destinations we visit.

Transfers:  between airports, rail stations, motorcoach terminals and hotels are provided, when specified.  Transfers include up to two pieces of luggage per person.  Airlines may be more restrictive as to luggage they allow and you are also subject to their restriction.

Sightseeing: as specified in each itinerary.  We try to use the most modern, comfortable transportation available in the locality, with English speaking drivers/guides.

Airline Baggage Limits: Airlines limit the number, size (dimensions) and weight of baggage.  They may charge fees for checked baggage.  The limits and fees and circumstances vary by airline, country, domestic or international flight, airplane size and type, and other factors, and they can change any time. You must check with the air carriers in your itinerary for current baggage restrictions and fees. On small chartered flights within Africa, additional luggage restrictions apply. Some details are stated in the tour documents.

Tour Planning:  Tour planning, preparation, marketing and operational costs are included in the tour price. These prices are based on tariffs, taxes and exchange rates in effect at the time of printing. Egypt’s different areas reserves the right to increase tour prices due to changes in tariffs, taxes or exchange rates.

NOT  INCLUDED  IN  TOUR  PRICE:

Personal Drinks, Meals and Tips to staff, products or items, scarf, t-shirts, gifts or other belongings rental.

Gratuities: Tips to tour guides, waiters, staff, baggage handling and game rangers are not included and are at the tour participant’s discretion.

Prices quoted are based on costs, charges, tariffs, rates, prices, taxes, levies, exchange rates and other considerations at the date of printing this brochure or the date of the price quote.  These and any other taxes and fees are subject to change until the time of purchase. For up-to-date pricing contact your travel agent. No surcharge regarding cost or currency fluctuations will be made to a trip price after the deposit is received. This excludes potential fuel surcharges, taxes, charges or levies imposed by any government or its agencies and also airport taxes. No refund or credit will be provided on account of costs being reduced.

Refund Request: Application for refund must be made in writing to booking@royalsafari.net  within 30 days of tour termination. There is no refund for missed meals or services, absence from all or part of a tour, for any number of consecutive or non-consecutive days, or unused hotel accommodation. Many other kinds of circumstances are also not a basis for a refund.  We recommend you obtain insurance covering various risks of interruption, illness, injury, loss of property and the like.

Passport/Visa/Inoculation/Insurance: Passports are required for international travel. Visas are required for travel to many areas. Many countries also have immunization requirements. Some countries require foreign visitors to have valid medical insurance on entry. Requirements vary by country and can change. You should obtain up-to-date information from authorities of the countries involved.

Clients with Disabilities: Royal Safari excursions  welcomes guests with special needs or disabilities. Guest must inform us in advance, as early as possible, of any physical, medical or other special need that requires accommodating. We will make reasonable modifications to our policies, practices and procedures when necessary, unless doing so will fundamentally alter the nature of the services.

Children: We welcome children on our tours but an adult or guardian must always accompany and supervise the child(ren) and Royal Safari has the right, in its sole discretion, to exclude children from certain activities if it is not appropriate given the age of the children.

Safety of Yourself and Others: Client must ensure you and those under your care are medically and physically able to do the trips . Royal Safari may impose safety requirements. We may exclude from participating in travel or from any activity, an individual whose participation poses a direct threat to health or safety that cannot be eliminated by reasonable modification of our policies, practices or procedures or by the provision of auxiliary aids and services. A decision to exclude an individual will be based on an individualized assessment based on reasonable judgment that relies on current medical evidence or the best available objective evidence to determine the nature, duration and severity of the risk, probability that potential injury will occur and whether reasonable modifications of policies, practices or procedures will lower the risk. Royal Safari does not provide personal devices (such as wheelchairs, hearing aids or prescription eye glasses) or services of a personal nature (such as eating, dressing or toileting). A client who requires services of a personal nature (eating, dressing or toileting, as examples) should consider bringing a companion to provide the assistance and understand that other clients and staff will not be available for such purpose. We do not employ or provide medical personnel. Any needed medical attention must be sought at a local facility, if available, at client’s expense. Royal Safari is not responsible or liable for loss or cost incurred due to unavailability of medical services, inability to obtain or delay in obtaining medical services if available, medical services obtained, or level of care or services received. You must bring an adequate supply of your medication, if any, for the duration of  The Tour. Some guided tours can include rough terrain, walking over unpaved or uneven pavement, steps, locations which may not be easily accessible or accessible by wheelchair, bumps, and other challenging conditions. For various parts of the travel, arrangements are made with carriers, hotels and other independent suppliers. They are independent entities which Royal Safari does not control. We cannot assure disability access or accommodations in some cases. Smoking is generally never allowed on coaches, vans, or safari vehicles. Royal Safari has the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your tour if your behavior or actions are so disruptive or negatively impacting the tour. If this happens, you are responsible for your travel costs home and no refund shall be given.

Photography During Travel: We reserve the right to take photographs during the operation of the tour for promotional purposes and, by booking your tour, you consent to your images being used for this purpose. If you do not consent, you must inform us at the beginning of the tour.

Limits Of Responsibility: Royal Safari, your travel agent, tour operators and subcontractors of services act only as agents for the supplier regarding your travel, whether by plane, car, motor coach, ship, railroad or other transportation mode, and shall not be liable for injury, damage, loss, additional expense, accident, delay, schedule change or other irregularity. Any of these, and other events, may occur, whether due to use of or defect in a vehicle, act of war, insurrection, civil uprising, military action, strike, weather, disaster, terrorist act, act of god, act of government, or other act or incident or occurrence or omission, in either the country of origin, destination, area of passage or elsewhere, or for other reason, or due to acts or default of any company or person involved in arranging the tour, or in the chain of supply. All such injury, damage, loss, additional expense, accident, delay, schedule change or other irregularity will be at the risk and cost of the Client.

Changes: When services and accommodations described in this brochure cannot be supplied or the itinerary is changed due to delays or other causes of any kind or nature beyond Royal Safari’s control, Royal Safari may seek to supply comparable services, accommodations and itineraries. There shall be no refund in these circumstances. Royal Safari  reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary and/or cancel any tour, and shall have no liability whatsoever from or relating to such adjustments or cancellation. Royal Safari shall not be responsible for loss or damage to luggage, before, during or after the tour.

Please note that:

• All scheduled sea trips are subject to tides weather and customer
numbers being conducive to sailing.
• Access to the boat is affected by tides weather and harbor operational
conditions. Changes may need t be made at short notice.
Sea trips may not be suitable for:
• Women in later stages of pregnancy
• Children under 5 years.
• Those suffering from severe heart problems or other physical or psychological
• conditions, which would either compromise the safety of others on board or
• interfere with their own ability to participate.
• People with mobility problems that would hinder them from safe access to and
• from the boat/vehicle or affect their ability withstand the physical restrictions of the boat or vehicle for the duration of the trip.

All passengers who have booked with us MUST:

• Contact us in advance prior to your trip to confirm your booking and get an
update for any conditions changes.
• Arrive no later than 10 minutes before departure in trip for introduction and safety briefing.

What should you bring?

• Clothes , Your personal belongings, preferred drinks or snacks
• We do NOT provide water or wind proof clothing as a matter of course.
Please bring your own if you want to ensure your comfort.

ADDITIONAL RISKS

ADDITIONAL RISKS AND DANGERS MAY ARISE INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, HAZARDS OF TRAVELING IN UNDEVELOPED AREAS, HAZARDS OF TRAVEL BY BOAT, TRAIN, AUTOMOBILE, AIRCRAFT AND OTHER MEANS OF CONVEYANCE, FORCES OF NATURE, POLITICAL UNREST, OTHER UNREST, HAZARDOUS LOCAL CUSTOMS AND PRACTICES, DIFFERING LEVELS OF SANITATION, DIFFERING STANDARDS OF SAFETY, RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH WATER, FOOD, PLANTS, INSECTS AND DIFFERING ANIMAL REGULATION, ACCIDENT OR ILLNESS IN AREAS LACKING MEANS OF RAPID EVACUATION OR MEDICAL FACILITIES, AND ACTS OF NATIONAL AND LOCAL GOVERNMENTS AND UNREST AND ACTS OF OTHERS AGAINST GOVERNMENTS.  THESE RISKS ARE NOT AN EXHAUSTIVE LIST BUT ARE EXAMPLES OF MANY KINDS OF RISKS.

YOU ARE VOLUNTARILY PARTICIPATING IN THESE ACTIVITIES WITH THE KNOWLEDGE THAT THERE ARE SIGNIFICANT DANGERS INVOLVED, AND YOU HEREBY AGREE TO ACCEPT ANY AND ALL RISKS.

AS LAWFUL CONSIDERATION FOR THE AGREEMENT WITH ROYAL SAFARI  TO PARTICIPATE IN SUCH TRIPS AND ACTIVITIES YOU AGREE YOU WILL NOT MAKE A CLAIM AGAINST ROYAL SAFARI  OR ITS PERSONNEL OR SUE FOR BODILY INJURY, EMOTIONAL TRAUMA, DEATH, PROPERTY LOSS OR DAMAGE OR OTHER LOSS, COST OR EXPENSE, HOWEVER CAUSED, AS A RESULT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR CONTRACTING FOR, TRAVELING TO OR FROM, OR IN ANY AND EVERY OTHER WAY PARTICIPATING IN THE TOUR. YOU RELEASE ROYAL SAFARI  AND ITS PERSONNEL FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, ARISING FROM CONTRACTING FOR, TRAVELING TO OR FROM, AND IN ANY AND EVERY WAY PARTICIPATING IN A TOUR.

THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT IS ENTERED INTO ON BEHALF OF YOU AND ALL MEMBERS OF YOUR FAMILY AND PARTY, ALSO INCLUDING MINORS ACCOMPANYING YOU. THIS AGREEMENT ALSO BINDS YOUR HEIRS, LEGAL REPRESENTATIVES AND ASSIGNS.

International Treaties:  Transportation companies, airlines etc. are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time guests are not on trip, transportation or conveyances. We rely on services provided by us, our suppliers or agents with respect to any claim of any nature brought by you against us as a result of the provision of the services. International conventions which apply may, depending on the circumstance.

WE TRY TO ENSURE ACCURACY OF INFORMATION AT THE TIME OF PRINTING. HOWEVER ERROR IS POSSIBLE.  ROYAL SAFARI  SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR PRINTING OR TYPOGRAPHIC ERRORS, OR HUMAN ERRORS OR ERRORS ARISING FROM UNFORESEEN OR OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES.

These terms cannot be varied except in writing by a representative of Royal Safari. If any portion of this Agreement is unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
